Let us not Forget!

McCain is NOT  the right choice. He is aRINO , Hell he is the definition of a RINO.

John McCain is the Democrats best candidate! He never committs. Really! When he is asked a  question he always say maybe or answers it from two angles. A Politician!!

Mitt is a Business Man first and much better for the American people along wiht what we really need in Washington for a change.

McCain loves a compromise.  His immigration stance has NOT changed and if you believe it has you are very, very naive!

He is clever with his words but listen closely for a change. For instance when he defends his votes that are NOT conservative he says he did not change his conservative position but he accepted a “compromise”.

That is code for I surrender which is his forte on every issue. It is why no one liked him in 2000 and 2004. Now he just says I will not raise taxes but if a compromise is offered then I will accept it. What is the compromise? To raise taxes!!!! the new slick willy!!

A thouthful Prayer from the past that still rings true today…unfortunately

I got this in an email and after checking it is a true story of event actually happened in the Kansas House (not Senate) in Topeka on January 23, 1996. Joe Wright is the pastor of Central Christian Church in Wichita and was guest chaplain that day. He prayed a prayer of repentance that was written by Bob Russell, pastor of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky. According to an article in the Kansas City Star from January 24, 1996, his prayer did stir controversy and one member of the legislative body walked out. Others criticized the prayer. The controversy didn’t end there. Later that year in the Colorado House, Republican representative Mark Paschall angered lawmakers by using Joe Wright’s prayer as the invocation. Some members there also walked out in protest.

Paul Harvey did air the story and the prayer. He got such a large response that a phone number was set up to handle the calls. He’s aired it a couple more times since.

This is a Prayer given in Kansas, at the opening session of their State Senate.  It seems Prayer still upsets some people. When Reverend Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:
“Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your word says, “Woe to those who call evil good”, but that is exactly what we have done.  We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem.
We have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor’s possessions and called it ambition. We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression. We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.
Search us, Oh, God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us forever free.    Amen!”

The response was immediate.

A number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest.

In 6 short weeks, Central Christian Church, where Rev. Wright is pastor, logged more than 5,000 phone calls with only 47 of those calls responding negatively.
The church is now receiving international requests for copies of this prayer from India, Africa and   Korea

Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, “The Rest of the Story,” and received a larger response to this program than any other  he has ever aired.
With the Lord’s help may this prayer sweep over our nation and whole heartedly become our desire so that we again can be called “One Nation under God!”
If possible, please pass this prayer on to your friends. “If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for everything.”

Let’s all “Push Back” for English

I saw a comment that got me thinking.

Ever since the “Push 1″ for English has appeared,  first I believe in phone answering services and now on ATM’s and any other electronic customer service device, it has bothered me. I live in America where the official unofficial language has always been English. I took did K-12 in English and was other 1 yr in 5 or 6 other languages for fun as did most Americans.

Actually it pisses me off and I am sure it aggravates the hell out of the large majority of Americans and even non-Spanish speaking immigrants.

Then I realized we never had a say in this change. I do not remember voting on this. No politician ran on a platform that we will insert the “Push 1″ amendment into every bill in congress until it passes. Do you? It was force upon us by industry catering to someone’s progressive liberal agenda  just like SanFran’s new gender neutral ID cards.

So why don’t all Americans take a moment and make a complaint to the banks, the grocery stores that purchase the card swipers that make us “Push “1″  do conduct sales at their location. The gas stations pumps, the department stores and anywhere else. Let’s not forget the automated phone service centers that require you to push “1″ before they will tell you how to continue. When you reach a live body asking may I help you, tell them first I do not appreciate having to “Push 1″ to conduct business and if it continues I will go elsewhere.

This is America it is it time for Americans to demand respect and our sovereignty be honored.

Speak English, Learn English or live elsewhere!

How far America has fallen…

I wonder if we will continue to allow the erosion of patriotism?

The Ho-Hum Homeland Security

Where is the BEEF??????

We need Military Leaders to protect our borders  not Bureaucrats!

Assaults against Border Patrol agents have more than doubled over the past two years, many by Mexico-based alien and drug gangs more inclined than ever to use violence as a means of ensuring success in the smuggling of people and contraband.
Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff acknowledges that although the department has begun to make progress against “the criminals and thugs” operating along the U.S.-Mexico border, “we are beginning to see more violence in some border communities and against our Border Patrol agents as these traffickers … seek to protect their turf.
“We must provide the manpower and resources they need to carry out their duties, and we are working hard to make sure they get them,” Mr. Chertoff said during a speech in Houston this month.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the investigative arm of Homeland Security, stated in a report earlier this year that border gangs were becoming increasingly ruthless — targeting rivals, along with federal, state and local police. ICE described violence on the border as rising dramatically over the past three years in what it called “an unprecedented surge.”
But many agents think they are viewed as “expendable” by the managers within Homeland Security and the Border Patrol. They say that while the number of agents overall has increased dramatically over the past year, the actual number of line agents has not seen a corresponding jump.
